PVP and the new rules coming

I really don\’t understand why they are implementing these new PVP rulesets. Since when did players come to a PVP server and complain about being killed? I though that is why there are non-pvp servers. I don\’t think the new rulesets are bad or anything, but what usually happens with these little rules, is people abuse them and find tricks for them, making it way more than a mess than getting ganked by someone 40 levels. How are AOEs going to be handled? I really wish Funcom would work on other parts of the game and leave this along. This could make it worse.
