I\’m so sick and tired of people pointing to FC\’s stock prices and saying the game is failing. Pretty much everybody doing this has no knowledge or understanding of the fluidity of the stock market with regards to day-trading, and the long term fluctuations of said trade prices.
Therefore, for those who wish to be somewhat more informed… I give you:

It is plain to see that all of the doom and gloom individuals are only showing a portion of recent history, and not a sufficiently long-term representation of the company. The company has only just now fallen back to near their average trade prices. It is sensible to understand that with the sale of a major game there will be a brief climax in share pricing. It is also sensible that the majority of investors hoped for this so that they could sell out high — and this in turn lowers the price back towards the average. Sometimes there is even a dip below average as a result of late-sellers before the price stabilizes and returns to normal.
This is the nature of the trade. That\’s why people are interested in investing in a game such as this, because there are monumental possibilities in gains when you have a good chance of seeing a spike such as this. Shareholders/investors aren\’t selling out because they fear where the game is going — they are selling out because that\’s what they planned to do from the beginning. This is how they make money.
Anything can happen in the future, and the company doesn\’t look to be in danger according to these stock quotes alone. They still seem as stable as one could expect.
So before you listen to a small group of ignorant panderers trying to make you worry about a failing company — realize they don\’t understand what they are talking about and Funcom is in no way about to file bankruptcy or
