Eating glass and being hit by several cars over and over again would be more enjoyable than Age of Conan is now. I gave it a try, I believed in Funcom at first… but this last patch killed it. The cancellation was inevitable. Maybe later on I will check in again, but it would take a lot to bring me back.
Anyone else dream of eating glass and getting hit by cars now?

Please take a moment to check your spam filtering software and make sure you don\’t have the guy responsible for guardian balance/development blocked.
Take a look at every patch note since release. Guardians have not been mentioned more than once. We\’ve had key components of our class changed. Feats that were once our most useful abilities are now being removed from rotations. None of this was announced in any patch note, unless of course I missed it… You\...

I\’ve messed up my feats pretty badly and am looking to respec my character. I\’ve seen people on the forum mention they could respec their characters but as a newbie, I have no idea how. Could someone please direct me to a post or explain how this is done?

Ok, so let\’s take a brief look at all the improvements Funcom has made to AoC since launch day. There are certainly some interesting ones!
- Male attack speed was overpowered; it has been modified to be on par with females attack speed. Also females are inferior to males.
- Transparency for all tree foliage in Hyboria has been increased to 95%.
- Too much PvP ganking going on! PvP experience system has been removed.
- Oops, we forgot to put in DirectX 10! Sor...

I now have five ConanPatcher.exe.X.tmp files, X currently being 0-4. Each is about 18 megs in size. One seems to be added with each new patch. Is it safe to delete these files or are they needed by the game to run properly?

Test Live Player Counsel
Here is my idea for better Quality Control of patches. With all due respect to the staff. Of which I have always and will continue to support.
We need 2-3 people per class. Class reps.
They review changes. And give a status of Green, Yellow or Red.
This might slow the patching down a bit but will add the polish required to keep AoC a high quality product.

For some reason everytime i try to reactivate my account the payment wont go through. However i know that the payment method which is a debit card works since i have another account that i use and im also paying that one. what soldier class is decent for pvp?
i wanna try a soldier alt, but i love to pvp and the toon will get scrapped if they are weak in pvp.
and plz dont say ToS/BarB/etc, yes i know they are good in pvp, but i want to try soldier.

how often do we use it? i find that putting 500pts on it, and only use it once or twice is very wasteful

I don? know why, but every other day ppl question the number of subscribers to the game, as if that mattered. But since that happens more often than it should, ppl should start reading the news. AoC has currently 700.000 active subscribers, which makes it, arguably, the 2nb biggest paid subscription game in the western world (puting aside the eastern ones, therefore). Moreover, it sill tops the charts in the most part os countries in Europe and also Oceania, and still tops the charts in USA...
