The game has bugged out again. This time it just hung. I guess it\’s a new version of the out of memory bug. You would think 4Gb would be enough. And, I restarted the game because I had zoned and map was grayed out. It ran for about 3 mins before hanging.
I just don\’t know why I should pay money to debug this game unless these basic issues are getting fixed and improvements are actually happening.

I haven\’t been able to log into the game since yesterday\’s patch. I can get into my character list and then it locks up and restarts my computer.
The game prompted me that I have out of date drivers immediately after patch, so I updated my 1 month old ATI drivers and that\’s when the problem started. I ran a program called Driver Cleaner and reinstalled the ATI drivers and the game still crashed.
Has anyone been prompted by the game to update video card dr...

If Funcom wants to have the subscriptions that Wow has then they need polls or somthing asking us specific questions and we vote. The higher vote wins and it is implemented. You can also have a forum where we can submit ideas and suggestions and the best ones are put before the playerbase to vote on. If you did this you would see this game really take off and please us the customers.

I am going to quit reading this forum. This forum just makes me sad all the time. Reading about bugs, broken game, broken quest, broken everything. Funcom needs to fix these things and we all know. But i think just the constant QQing on this forum makes other players depressed about the game.
I know funcom isnt doing a good job on updates and i wish they will in the future. Anyways, in the mean time im going to quit reading this forum because it just makes me not want to play aoc...

well i just recently got my current issue of PCgamer and they revieweed AOC and gave it a score of 77% and it\’s Final Verdict
Highs: Mature atmosphere, gritty, action-oriented combat; interesting classes
Lows: PVP lacking; the loot is mostly trash; pledged features weren\’t included in the launch
Bottom Line: So promising, but in the end not quite satisfying, but there are plenty of foes to decaptitate while Funcom works on PVP

Since the patch i havent been able to get into combat without crashing immediatley, combos immediatley fade out when i activate them. I can explore but i cant fight, what the hell happened? I missed a raid last night and i still cant play today. I\’ve run the verification procedure 10 times and it hasnt helped. Look i cant wait to see this game take off but wth! Honestly! Fix it! For god sakes! arrrrr

But fix it quickly…
Did they fix the invis bug yet? I have yet to login. I tend to stay away because ill just get pissed and turn into a hater.
Patch day should be on monday. This way you have all week to fix what you break so when the weekend rolls in and MOST of your subs are playing everything is working.

After I installed the patch today my mini map has gone poof. I can still open the regular map with the M key, but the mini map is gone. I dont see the day/night symbol either. Any idea on how to fix this issue? I even deleted Default and Customized folders and let it re-download. Still no mini-map.
Any help?

I was in WoW when it launched and dont remember it being this broken. I do remember people crying for nerf this and that but when I remember the first days of WoW I dont remember endless bugs, broken talents, patches that make things worse then before every week, etc.
I enjoy this game, but I just wondering is this the norm when a new MMO game comes out? Or is Funcom just dropping the ball? Or both?

Blame it on the gold farmers
Seriously- Right now each farmer/seller has to BUY an AoC account, just to have it banned in the near future. If each account came with a buddy key, then they are essentially getting a 2 for 1 special on their spamming ability.
It is my belief that funcom has no idea ahow to stop this, and thus - no buddy keys….

I was just wondering what the hell happened or if anyone else has got something similar after a few hours of the latest patch.
Game was working fine, No corrupt files or anything last night.
Go to log on this morning and FTW 1.47GB patch for no reason at all?

OK I have looked here there and everywhere for info on this, but can\’t find it. I was wondering how Life tap works? Is life tap on weapons or spells the same?
also is the damage a percentage? 1 lightning damage (magic) so if you do 1000 (just for a number) magic damage to someone will it add 1 or 1% to it?1 or 10?
